All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices shown are starting prices per person and may vary based on travel dates, hotel category, group size and supplier rates at the time of booking.
What is included and excluded is listed on each package. Items not listed as included are payable separately. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed with a deposit.
Bookings are confirmed with a deposit, with the balance due before travel as advised at the time of booking. Payment terms will be shared with you in writing before any payment is made.
It is the traveller's responsibility to hold valid passports, visas and any required documentation. We assist with visa guidance but cannot be held responsible for entry refusals.
We act as a booking agent between you and travel suppliers. We are not liable for events outside our control, including supplier changes, weather, or force majeure. Our liability is limited to the value of the services booked through us.
